STM – Annual Michael Keenan Memorial Lecture

“Protecting Civilians in a Turbulent Age” is the title of the 36th Annual Michael Keenan Memorial Lecture presented 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29 by Dr. Jennifer Welsh at the Shannon Library, St. Thomas More College, 1437 College Drive, Saskatoon. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Welsh is currently the Canada 150 Research Chair in Global Governance and Security at McGill University, and the Director of the Max Bell School of Public Policy.
