Run for Reconciliation

Run for Reconciliation – Although Bishop Mark Hagemoen is not running the race this year, his past efforts have inspired the Diocese of Saskatoon Catholic Foundation to continue his Run for Reconciliation. The Catholic Foundation team will run 118 kilometres Aug. 5- 6, 2023, working together to cross the finish line.

The goal is to bring awareness, build bridges in our community and inspire conversations and actions toward reconciliation – as well as to raise funds for the Indigenous Reconciliation Fund (IRF).

The diocesan goal for the IRF is $1.25 million, with $300,000 still to raise for healing and reconciliation programs in support of residential school survivors and their communities.
