Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is a special day of prayer in Canada.

Let us pray:

• For those who gave their lives for our country, that the Lord grant them eternal rest; ​For veterans and their families, may they continue to serve our country in civilian life and be welcomed and supported in our communities. 
• For an end to the violence perpetrated by harsh words, deadly weapons, or cold indifference. May our homes, our nation, and countries around the world become havens of peace. (Prayer from Diocese of Calgary website)
