Pilgrims of Hope in the Core Neighbourhood

Pilgrims of Hope in the Core Neighbourhood will be held 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 in the St. Mary Parish lower hall, 201 Avenue O South, Saskatoon. Refreshments served.
Leanna Cook will speak about women turning around their life through the Saskatoon Tribal Council’s “ikweskicik iskwewak” program which provides holistic wrap-around supports to women with recurring lower-level incarcerations.
Louise Kowalski, chair of the CWL Clothing Depot board, will share a power-point about the unassuming ways in which the members of the Catholic Woman’s League have been bringing hope through their thrift store Clothing Depot on 20th Street West in Saskatoon.
As this Jubilee year draws to a close, St. Mary’s Truth and Reconciliation committee is grateful for the many inspiring people and organizations who are ‘pilgrims of hope’ in our community!
