Ignatian Spiritual Exercises for Men

* Men’s Spiritual Exercises (SPEX 2025) is a 40-hour, silent, Ignatian retreat, to be held Nov. 28 to 30 at St. Peter’s Abbey in Muenster, SK, hosted by the Regina Regnum Christi Men’s group.

Retreat facilitator/leader will be Fr. Kenneth Leblanc, LC, who will lead a series of meditations, with opportunities for reflection and contemplation, spiritual direction, celebration of the Eucharist, the Sacrament of Confession, Eucharistic Adoration, Benediction and prayer.

SPEX2025 is a great opportunity for men to unplug from daily commitments and reconnect with Our Lord in the beautiful setting of St. Peter’s Abbey, from supper 6 p.m. Friday Nov. 28 to conclusion at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30.

Retreat fees of $325 paid prior to Sunday, Nov. 23 will secure a spot. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-paid basis with 25 rooms available; room sharing may be required.
