Human Trafficking Awareness: Flag raising at Saskatoon city hall followed by silent walk, panel

Human Trafficking Awareness – In anticipation of Human Trafficking Awareness Day, which is marked both locally and provincially each year on Feb. 22, a “Shine the Light – See the Stories, not the Statistics” event will be held on Friday, Feb. 20, initiated by the Catholic Women’s League at Saint Anne Parish in Saskatoon.
The Human Trafficking Awareness event begins at Saskatoon City Hall civic square with a flag raising at 11:15 am Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, followed by a silent walk to the Parktown Hotel, with lunch there from noon to 1 pm., followed by a panel discussion at the Parktown Hotel from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. hosted by Stephen Moorgen.
