Holy Yoga – Christ-centred program at St. Paul United Church

Holy Yoga is a Christ-centred experiential time of worship where we learn how we can use our minds, bodies, and spirits to relax and de-stress, offering an opportunity for participants to authentically connect to God through his word, worship, and wellness. Theme for this session is “Emmanuel, God is with us.”
Classes begin Feb 14 Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am and Feb 16 Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm held at St. Paul United Church, 454 Egbert Ave., Saskatoon.
