End of Life and Palliative Care Options – IMHP in Martensville

End of Life and Palliative Care Options will be discussed in a presentation at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 300-8th Avenue South, Martensville. This presentation will assist in understanding palliative and hospice care, advance directives and care planning, managing pain and comfort at home, supporting caregivers and family, and local resources and support services. All are welcome, no registration is necessary.
