Collection for Indigenous Reconciliation Fund

Diocesan Collection for the Indigenous Reconciliation Fund (IRF) – A collection will be held in parishes across the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon on the Third Sunday of Advent, Dec. 17, 2023, as part of our diocesan contribution to the national Catholic pledge to support healing and reconciliation initiatives for Residential School survivors and their communities.

Your donations to the TRC Fund have already helped many organizations in our community, including Saskatoon Tribal Council, Haven Family Connections, St. Michael Community School, and Returning to Spirit. Project applications are being accepted by the diocesan Indigenous Discernment Circle and its Granting Committee, and are processed quarterly. All donations support local programs.
