Nightfever offers outreach, conversation, prayer

Nightfever is back for our second summer!

What is Nightfever?
Nightfever is a privileged time with God. It is where all are invited to "Come and see" and spend time with the Lord in prayer with stillness, music, reconciliation, and conversation. Volunteers welcome passersby and invite them into the church to light a candle, to pray or just to pause and reflect.

Nightfever goes from 8-11PM
Friday August 9, St. Joseph's Parish on the corner of Broadway Avenue and 8th Street (during the Fringe Festival)

How can you be a part of it?
First you can come and pray, but you can also sign up to be a volunteer with hospitality and going on the streets offering candles and invitation.

To sign up as a volunteer visit:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlK7-YvogIQMdG5vZlZMVXJNR3Q...

If youare volunteering to come a bit early for some brief orientation at 7:30PM.
