SUMMARY:St. Philomena Walking Pilgrimage from Yorkton to Rama
DESCRIPTION:St. Philomena Walking Pilgrimage: Registration is now open for the 8th annual Saint Philomena Walking Pilgrimage Aug. 11 to 14\, a physical and spiritual journey with daily Mass or Divine Liturgy and prayer.   \n\n\n\nFor more information go to www.stphilomena.ca   \n\n\n\nPilgrims are free to join for a few hours\, a day or two\, or for all four days. Support vehicles are available to give you a ride back to your car or to the next rest stop.  \n\n\n\nOr do the entire walk – approximately 100 kms\, with overnight stops arranged\, and your sleeping gear transported for you. Breakfast and supper are provided\, and there are rest stops during the day where you will find water\, snacks and toilets.  \n\n\n\nThis pilgrimage is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Regina\, starting Aug. 11 at Saint Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church in Yorkton and ending at Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine at Rama\, SK. in time for the annual Vigil of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary pilgrimage on Aug. 14.

Cost is $40 per person. (Space is limited\, non-refundable) \n\n\n\nREGISTER ONLINE – https://form.jotform.com/261527807980264 or for more information call diocesan Adult Faith Coordinator Astrid Alas at (306) 659-5858. \n\n\n\nThe bus departs from St. Patrick Parish\, 3339 Centennial Drive\, Saskatoon at 10 a.m.\, or from the Cathedral of the Holy Family\, 123 Nelson Road\, Saskatoon at 10:30 a.m. Program at the pilgrimage site begins at 3:00 p.m. with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Stations of the Cross.
