Meditate on the suffering of Jesus and think of the Via Dolorosa (the path Jesus took on his way to the crucifixion\, often translated to “the way of suffering). \n\n\n\nWho is it for? Anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone and go deeper this Lent. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re an avid runner or have never run before\, this is about showing up and giving it all to God.
