DESCRIPTION:Saskatoon Diocesan CWL Fall meeting will be held 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday\, Sept 27\, hosted by the St. John Bosco CWL council\, at the St. John School hall at 1202 Avenue O South\, Saskatoon.  \n\n\n\nThis gathering open to all members includes a prayer service led by diocesan CWL officers\, reports\, and a presentation on trauma-based support for families by representatives of Carter House in Saskatoon\, as well as information about the CWL’s “R-3 to 1 (Recruit\, Retain\, Regain)” program.  \n\n\n\nLunch will be available with an opportunity to make a free-will offering.

DESCRIPTION:Horizons of Hope: A Catholic Toolkit on Palliative Care will be offered Saturday\, Sept. 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Parish\, 3339 Centennial Drive\, Saskatoon; cost $25 (includes lunch).  \n\n\n\nTo register for the program Sept. 27 at St. Patrick Parish\, please contact Jane Tabalbag spsaskatoon@rcdos.ca or call (306) 384-1100.  \n\n\n\nWhen confronted with a life-limiting diagnosis\, we can find ourselves in an unfamiliar and even frightening situation. These moments are usually marked by having to make numerous practical decisions surrounding care and support for loved ones and ourselves that often require moral discernment through the lens of our faith.
