DESCRIPTION:Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows\, near Cudworth\, SK. – June 14 to 15 \n\n\n\nThe Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows is a pilgrimage site in the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon\, located one kilometre south of the turn off to the Town of Cudworth on Highway 2 (the entrance road splits into three with the middle road leading to the shrine: watch for signage.) \n\n\n\nSCHEDULE Saturday\, June 14:\n\n\n\n\n10:00 a.m. – Pilgrimage Walk from Bodnari / St. John the Baptist Church\, Smuts (approx. 11 hours)\n\n\n\n5:00 p.m. – Start of 5 km pilgrimage walk from Spasa\n\n\n\n7:00 p.m. – Vespers / Stations of the Cross\n\n\n\n\nSCHEDULE Sunday\, June 15:\n\n\n\n\n10:00 a.m. – Matins & Confessions\n\n\n\n11:00 a.m. – Divine Liturgy\n\n\n\n1:00 p.m. – Lunch\n\n\n\n3:00 p.m. – Akathist to Our Lady / Blessing of graves\n\n\n\n\nFor more information about the shrine near Cudworth\, please see the “Hill of Sorrows” website at: LINK \n\n\n\nCome join us on our Pilgrimage! The Ukrainian Catholic Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows in Cudworth Saskatchewan is celebrating the Jubilee Year June 14-15. Bishop Michael Smolinski\, C.Ss.R.\, will be in attendance. Everyone is welcome to attend.  \n\n\n\nThe Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows has origins going back to the earliest days of Ukrainian settlement in Saskatchewan when\, in 1909\, a beautiful woman in white appeared to three children on the hill. It is the second oldest shrine in Saskatchewan and the only one associated with a story of an apparition.   \n\n\n\nPlease register online if you are planning to go on the Pilgrimage Walk from Bodnari as the schedule may change.

SUMMARY:"Battle for Souls" retreat and healing Mass
DESCRIPTION:“Battle for Souls” Retreat and Healing Mass will be held June 13 and 14 at St. Francis Xavier Parish\, 222 Willow Street (at corner of Hilliard Street and Melrose Avenue)\, Saskatoon\, with Fr. Denis Phaneuf and speaker Moira Noonan (author of Prodigal Daughters and Ransomed from Darkness about being called back to the Catholic faith after being involved in New Age movements for 25 years.)  \n\n\n\nThe retreat begins with Mass at 5 p.m. Friday June 13\, followed by retreat sessions until 9 p.m. Friday night\, and continues from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday\, June 14\, concluding with the Healing Mass.  \n\n\n\nRetreat cost is $40 for adults\, $100/ family (children 17 and under)\, $25/ student.
