Reasonable Doubt – a documentary play

January 29 - February 12

“Reasonable Doubt” runs Jan. 29 to Feb. 12: Persephone Theatre is offering a powerful and timely new documentary play reflecting on race relations in our province at the Remi Arts Centre, 100 Spadina Cr. E, Saskatoon.

“Reasonable Doubt” is drawn from actual interviews and woven with transcripts from Gerald Stanley’s trial after the death of Colton Boushie. It offers an opening for honest dialogue and a step towards shared healing. Following each performance, audience members are invited to participate in a 15-minute conversation about their experience of the play, hosted by Lyndon Linklater. Come out to hear and begin to more deeply understand parts of your own story and that of your neighbour. This play uniquely offers a kaleidoscope view into our stories as a community.

The play runs from Jan 29 to Feb. 12. Tickets are availibe for people of all income levels and the play is suitable for 13-years up. Go to persephonetheatre.org or call 306.384.7727 for tickets and/or contact Myron Rogal of the diocesan Office of Justice and Peace at mrogal@rcdos.ca , 306.659.5841 for information on content.
