“Praying as Catholics” – Awaken adult faith series

Awaken adult faith program: “Praying as Catholics” – Registration is underway for this in-person series to be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on four Tuesday evenings in January at the Cathedral of the Holy Family, 123 Nelson Road, Saskatoon (held in the Michael J. Koch Resource Library on the second floor; elevator available).

Prayer for Catholics is a way of living out our entire life and the way that we communicate with God. Prayer can be formal or informal, verbal or non-verbal, active or contemplative. Join us to explore four ways to pray as Catholics – sessions will include time in prayer! Schedule:

• January 9: Centring Prayer with Fr. Kevin McGee
• January 16: Eucharistic Adoration with Fr.Gerard Cooper
• January 23: Praying With the Sacred Scripture with Verbum Dei Missionaries
• January 30: Marian Prayer with Fr. Daniel Yasinski
