Dethroning Mammon – A Stewardship Book ONLINE Discussion for Lent – Dethroning Mammon: Making Money Serve Grace is a book by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby in which he looks at the subject of money and materialism. Designed for study in the weeks of Lent, Dethroning Mammon discusses how our own attitudes and the pressures of society affect how we handle the power of money (Mammon). Reading and reflecting on the book will help us think more fully about the power of money in our lives and our world. Over six weeks we can grow as disciples and stewards through reading, conversing, and praying together.
