Bishop celebrates Mass for late Pope Emeritus Benedict

Bishop Mark Hagemoen will celebrate a memorial Mass for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI at 12:15 pm Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023 at the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Saskatoon (the Mass will also be live-streamed on https://saskatoonmass.com)The 95-year-old Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022 at 9:34 a.m. at his residence at the Vatican’s Mater Ecclesiae Monastery. The funeral will be held Thursday, Jan. 5 in Rome.
