Administrative Assistant - Holy Spirit Parish

Holy Spirit Parish, 114 Kingsmere Place, Saskatoon, SK, is seeking an outgoing and engaging full-time (37.5 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to become part of our parish ministry team. 

The Administrative Assistant will manage the office reception area, receive parishioners/visitors on behalf of the Parish, enter data, and assist parish staff in the carrying out of administrative duties.

Applicants who possess a secretarial/business college certificate/diploma are encouraged to apply. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset.    

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Administrative Salary Grid of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon.
